Deleting from inside the app

The quickest way, and it takes effect immediately:

1. Open Kapr and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This option appears once you are signed in. If you have never signed in, you do not have an account — your progress lives only on your device and on our servers under an anonymous identifier, and Reset progress in the same Settings screen erases it.

What is deleted

• Your account, including the email address and name from Google or Apple
• Points, streak, streak freezes, and level
• Every completed lesson, across all courses
• Exam results and certificates
• Saved words, daily goals, and game high scores

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We keep no backup copy of your progress, so it cannot be restored afterwards — signing in again later starts from zero.

What is kept, and for how long

If you have written to us through the in-app support form, we keep those messages for up to 12 months so we can follow up on the issue you reported. Tell us at the address below and we will remove them sooner. Aggregate, anonymous counts — such as how many people used the app on a given day — contain nothing that identifies you and are not deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@kurdclass.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. We ask you to write from the same address so we can be sure the request comes from the account holder.
